TAMA 38/2, HaRoeh St., Ramat Gan
Compound HaRoeh 90-102 in the city of Ramat Gan, near Hovavei Zion Street, is today the site of Aura Israel’s TAMA 38/2, the largest building project in Israel today.
The unique location of the project provides convenient access to the employment centers of Ramat Gan, Givatayim and Kiryat Aryeh, with top quality educational institutions attractive to young couples and families.
The project consists of 6 buildings of 10 floors each. A total of 240 units will be built, including a choice of garden apartments, 3-5 room apartments, mini-penthouses and luxury penthouses. Of these, 80 units will be allocated to existing tenants and 160 more apartments will be offered for sale on the market.
Retail space will be built around the residential complex.
The project will be built with interior courtyards, focusing on well-tended gardens and urban green spots for the benefit of residents.
The project has been approved and authorized by the Local Committee. The building plans are currently being posted.
