The Noya project in the trendy Noga Quarter neighborhood of Jaffa includes six residential buildings and four historic commercial buildings. The new community combines advanced construction methods and contemporary design – the work of architect Avner Yashar. Together, the six six-storey residential buildings house a total of 131 units and feature amenities including 3 and 4 bedroom apartments as well as several 2-storey lofts and penthouses.
