On the border of the vibrant and colorful Florentine neighborhood, a new residential complex was built, comprising two six- and seven-story buildings, including 91 apartments of 2-4 rooms, penthouse apartments and garden apartments.

The two buildings were built on either side of a pedestrian mall and an inner garden that creates an intimate, communal and quiet residential environment. The pedestrian street between the buildings includes gardens and garden lighting and paved areas. The new residential complex that preserves the historic and beloved landscape of Tel Aviv, alongside modern and innovative style, is a delightful neighborhood in Tel Aviv with a quality and vibrant population. The apartments, the pedestrian mall and the inner garden, are meticulously designed in a young Tel Aviv design by architect Gidi Bar-Orian.
