The duplex penthouse with a total area of 184 m² and with a total area of 64 m² including balconies and terraces, a magnificent building designed for preservation in the White City in 2013, in a bespoke design.
A new building located at the heart of the city plan (a volume plan that determines the volume of the building and leaves planning flexibility in the openings, the texture of the walls and the balconies). The building is designed as a white cube with a free composition of openings. The windows produce black spaces inside the white cube and the balconies produce black bumps that stick out from the front like black drawers. The details of the balconies have been carefully designed so that the steps and railings rest exactly on the contour line of the openings.
The project was designed by architect Simona Bar Sagi – Moshe Warszewski, who created a special modern structure with a very high level of finish, floor-to-ceiling windows and hanging balconies.
The structure was built with attention to every detail. Each apartment is a kind of private house in itself in terms of the extent of finishing details and extremely high quality.
